Every year in September, the village´s church serves as a stage to one of the greatest demonstrations of the inhabitant’s devotations, the fest of Senhor do Bom Jesus of the Ponta Delgada. |

Situated in a rural environment of the north Coast of Madeira Island, about 40min from the airport, the Casa da Capelinha, situated in the lowest part of Ponta Delgada , benefits from the proximity to the sea and from the magnificent sight to the mountain. The small chapel, built at 16 th century, receives its name due it integrates the unit. __ The Chapel of Reis Magos, as it is identified, can be visited for its historical interest as well as for the magnificent, completely restored, paintings framed with golden engraved wood. |
